4 Week Ashtanga Yoga Beginners Course
In this course you will learn:
- Ashtanga Yoga Primary Series: A set series of postures that are designed to detox and open your body in a safe and methodical way.
- How to combine breath and movement
- The use of bandhas (internal locks)
- Sanskrit names of all the poses and numbers for the vinyasas
- How to use yoga to build strength, flexibility and to calm the mind.
- Meet likeminded people and become part of a community
Ulrike has been teaching Ashtanga Yoga for 20 years and her knowledge comes from practising Ashtanga daily and working with scores of students from all walks of life.
Her compassion and empathy coupled with her deep understanding of yoga anatomy and philosophy makes her someone you can relate to and want to learn from.
