Ulrike is back teaching Mysore & Half Primary Led classes 

Location: The Yoga Room – 23 Derry St, Vredehoek, Cape Town, 8001. (entrance in Exner Ave)

Prices: R600 monthly unlimited or R180 drop-in

All fees must be paid upfront or cash or SnapScan upon arrival at the shala.

Any refunds are to the discretion of AYCT and need to be applied for in writing to ulrike@ayct.co.za
